Thanksgiving is the most popular Celebration of the year in America, always on the fourth Thursday of November.
In France the Third Thursday of November is marked by the arrival of the “Vin Nouveau” (New Wine).
This year Chef Claude Godard has chosen Beaujolais Nouveau from Maison Joseph Drouhin. It will be available from November 19th until no more!
The arrival of the “Vin Nouveau” is a feast, a party time, it does not last and it should not be drunk like we drink a big bottle of wine from a great wine region. It is a young wine, usually fruity and light, made to party and celebrate the day!
Have fun with us and Enjoy the vintage 2015!!!
