For the second consecutive year, Good France – Gout de France will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on 21st March 2016. Over 1700 chefs on all five continents are expected to join the event on the day of Spring. Dinners served simultaneously in participating restaurants will honor the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.
Madison Bistro is one of the French Restaurants in Midtown New York that will be participating in the Gout de France celebration this year. French Master Chef Claude Godard and his team are excited to show the world everything that France and its culinary traditions have to offer.
